Cancellation Policy
▫️To ensure the highest quality of care within a reasonable timeframe, I have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.
▫️As appointments are in high demand, canceling in advance allows me to offer your time slot to another individual seeking timely care. This policy helps optimize appointment availability for all clients.
▫️A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for certain services during the booking process, which will be applied as a credit toward your scheduled treatment.
▫️I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24hours before your appointment to avoid any inconvenience. In such cases, your deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future appointment. However, if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
▫️ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be classified as a no-show, and the cancellation fee will be enforced.
